What are the System Requirements?
Zoho Enterprise or Ultimate plan is required for our SMS integration. You will also need a Kudosity account which we can set up for you.
How long will it take to set-up?
We allow an hour for setup – this includes any custom modules and your new Kudosity account. Once you’ve set up your subscription with us, we’ll have it done within a day!
Are there any ongoing fees?
The Kudosity account is billed directly. There will be a monthly fee for a dedicated number if you want 2-way messaging and costs per message at standard rates. You also have the option to use a free shared number, or use a number you already own.

Currently our widget only operates with Kudosity. We have a custom integration that can be used with Clickatell and SMS Global.
